Visit to a real summer alpage where you can watch Gruyere cheese being made. You will be invited to taste the local products. On our way home on the mountain footpath, we will visit the quaint village of Lessoc with it’s covered fountain and all the historical bridges of the area. Approximate time of the excursion: 6 hours

A cyrcle ride down the valley on the meandering back roads to Gruyères. On the way we will discover historical bridges. We will pedal through Lessoc, le Buth, Grandvillard and Estavannens. Stops in the villages for a visit. Picnic in the nature. Bikes and picnics wil be provided. Approximate time of the excursion: 6 hours.
